I read chapter 12 it was about Kit going to the cave that he was scared to go to becuse he's heard rumours of boys strangling eachother and some of the boys waking up all alone.
ReplyDeleteHe went to the cave to play the game. He had to contniue to tell him self it's just a game. He was scared to actualy play the game.
when he played the game he think's he died becuase now he can see dead people.
I think that Kit is not dead, i think they maybe just hipnotized him into thinking he died. that's why people were laughing at him when he woke up.
Therfor i think the whole "game" is maybe just an inication into being into a cult?
he also might be actualy seeing death becuase he's been saying he wants to die so he might want to exspeirnce death and exsperince what his other family members have been through.
I read chapter twelve where its all about Askews den. It was describing the walls and the demons on the walls and they monument with all the names on it with their ages. Most of the ages were 12 to 15 and there were kids from years back. Kit durin the game gets chose to die and they go threw a ritual. Kit was scared, it says his face hit the clay floor and he saw the children who died. When he got up Kit couldnt move.
ReplyDeleteI think that Kit must be going through some weird stuff. I dont think he is faking, I think he died and came back to life. I also think that Askew knows what happened to Kit because it happened to him.
Therefore I Think Kit and Askew are gunna get kinda close and something is gunna happen like they get in trouble. And the end of the book is gunna be exciting.
In chapter 12 it was about, kit is going to play the game and he sees the peoples names in the wall and there ages and he sees his name too. When asker calls who want to come up to die kit comes and plays the game and kit died after he died he so ghosts.

I read in this chapter on how it was like for a person to die in Askew's den. Kit was not only afraid of the knife but was driven to it he says, just like his father was with the darkness of the pit, and like me how I am driven to the awesomeness of video games (laughs), but anyway, Kit also shows how he thinks Allie is right and how she says they should quit playing the game. Kit experiences what it is like to die, or so they say, and Kit starts either hallucinating or he starts to visualize false pictures and images, related to witchcraft. Kit feels weak, unable to move, for his legs are as cold as ice and his body is immobilized by the so called blow by Askew. He then gets up and starts to see more and more of these images as he walks and gets out with Allie. Askew knew what he saw, and it isn't the typical Gates of Heaven or Jaws of Hell, but more of look the images of the mining children. Askew seems to know this.
ReplyDeleteI think that this game is a form of witchcraft. Really, I do. The candles, the chanting, the death, the images, etc... It is either Kit did not die and he saw images because of some sort of ritual, or he did indeed die and he came back to life, if that even makes any sense at all, or he didn't die or nothing happened, it's just his thoughts that control him. Who knows? (except the author... Hmmm, yes, indeed...) Also, I think Allie likes Kit for some reason, ok, thanks, bye. Just kiddin'. But it is kind of obvious, don't you agree? But anyway... Also, Allie is probably only saying what she did in previous chapters because she wanted Kit to not believe in the truth.
Therefore, Kit will want to keep playing the game so he can see more, Allie will freak out, and love him, whatever, and Kit will see the truth about this whole game. And his Grandpa may get involved but not in the game directly. Kit will probably see that the game is going to be taken at school, and I'm only saying this to A), fill in the spaces here and B), it's related to what David Almond said happened in real life. So, therefore, I Askew may also do another tutor in the den to show him the spirits and stuff. Hope you enjoyed reading my huge blogz!
I read chapter 12, this chapter was about how kit went into the game called "death" and this time the knife pointed at him and he died.When he died he seen the little people that died down there. When he comes out only askew and alley are waiting ..I think that kit and alley will be great friends. There for i believe that alley and kit will stop playing the game of death .
ReplyDeletei read .. i read chapter 12 , in chapter 12 it is kit's day to die he is down in the den with all of the other kids that " died " and today he got picked . He has to get on his hands and knee's say that he wants to die then he dies . Kit wakes up in the den by him self and he starts to see the kids from manys years ago .
ReplyDeletei think .. i think that this is a complete game but they convince kit that it is real and they convince him so much , that he actualy thinks it's real and he makes it look like it is realy and he only does that because he really wants to be able to fit in with someone .
therefore .. this is all a game
i read in chapter twelve that kit was chosen by the knife to enter the pit and experience death.when he entered the pit all he could see was darkness all around him, suddently he hears gigling and notices the skinny bodies at the edges of his vision.when kit exited the pit he couldnt speak.Allie wanted to know what happend in the pit but she didnt get much out of him because kit had to go.:)

in capter 12 of kits wildernees i found out what its like to die. i read about how life is like stony gates.i read about the relationship betweenn kit and allie.i read about why kit wants to die. i read about the relationship between kit and his grampa.i think that kit wants to die because he wants to find out about death.stony gates is a very grim setting.kit and allie like eachouther.kits grampa semms nice.therforekit wants to die because he gets to see ghosts and outher paranormal things.therfore stony gate is a gothic place.
ReplyDeleteI read chapter 12 today an in chapter 12 kit whent down the the dean an the knife points at kit , he then has to say he wants to die & then he soon dies an sees little shadows of the people who died down there. When he wakes up he still sees the shadows of the people that died down there him an this girl alie decied to walk home an on there way home kit says he can still see shadows of the people that passed away :) :)
ReplyDeleteI think that he isnt dead beacuse he couldnt of just died an then woke up.. things dont work like that ! :) :) therefore he can not be dead an i think its just a joke beacuse people where laughing at him when he woke up=)
the chapters from 1 to 12 were ok but im not into the book that much cause i hate reading but if i had to choose a book to read i would choose something else.

ReplyDeletethe story so far is interseting, there are alot of things they are kind of strange, but hopful it will explain later in the story.
i think that thre chaters in the story are weird and differnt , it makes poeple want to read more about them.Also the whole setting sounds kind of creppy witch makes poeple want to read it.
Therefore ... this story is differnet.
